I actually really feel confident now.

My vocabulary has expanded in comparison when i was PMOing which i couldn’t form a sentence without forgeting my words.
I feel so confident.
Social anxiety has gone back from where it came from.
I feel more connected to myself and the universe.
Brain fog has gone.
Recently i am reading a book called “i am that” by sri nisargantatta maharash(if i spelled it correctly.Indians have complicated names😂) and it gave me weird insights when reading it.
The whole idea about searching your true self which is beyond concepts,ideologies,and religious dogmas seems so interesting.
