The mind attack me more fiercely during meditation million thoughts come at once. Not sexual but useless things. The mind always make noise. It lies all the time give me false reports about what going on. Always negetive.

For me meditation backfired.
Sexual thoughts and visualization triggered me.
But i changed my meditation practice to mantra meditation and it saved my life.
Don’t stop meditating it is your greatest strength.
If you start visualizing sexual content while you meditate just turn on the lights.
If sexual thoughts come to your mind stay with the mantra and the thoughts will get silenced.

Today, it’s 108th days since I last watched a full fledged porn, I have taken few peeks in between (mostly like for a mint or 2) but I have not masturbated to porn for last 108 days. Please can you give a synopsis of this book. If it is good, I would definitely read it.
It’s all history, but I found it very balanced from both sides. Generally books from Indian authors are replete with prejudices such as the one from your government agency- NCERT. NCERT doesn’t even mention Cawnpore Massacre. This book gives a perspective from both sides. If you want to go into detail about another famous incident, the Jallianwala Bagh massacre which is highly quoted in Indian books but fails to give the ‘other’ side of the story, I can recommend another book.
