Last Person Standing Match ⚔ 5.0

Had to post this hours quote. So simple, but it hit home with me so much. If I step back with a calm mind and look at the reality of how I spend my days it’s so true. This quote for me relates to no p, growing an online business, eating enough, and growing closer and stronger to my spiritual wife.

Kick ass day! Articles I hired out finally started getting delivered today. Successfully added extra word count to bring up to the requirements of the blogging course I’m taking + put my own personality into the writing as that’s important.

Time to recharge my batteries for tomorrow!

Felt wonky this morning waking up at 2pm. This happened because I forgot to take nighttime med. Rarely happens, I’m human. Sleeping for 12h25m is actually huge progress for the rare times I miss my meds. 1 year+ ago when I forgot to take my nighttime med, I’d end up “sleeping” / staying in bed pretty much all day.

So, in short, I’m still proud of myself. I made sure to get food in me right away & kept feeding myself then did massive grocery shop which helped build some solid core habits. Then I still managed to kick ass in biz.

I’m glad I turned my day around in a very short time frame.

Got up at 10am. WooHoo!
Showered carefully, no bleeding :+1:. Hand is looking much better.
I just feel pumped this morning. Probably because I’m finally getting delivered all of the articles I ordered and looking forward to earning big from blogging .

Time to watch MLK blueprint speech (watch every morning) finish my tea, write down my goals & review my best year ever sheet etc. then get a move on things.

I love killing it!

Slept through my vibration alarm. Must have really needed the sleep. When I finally got up and saw the time of 11:30an I knew I needed to get up. I laid there for about 10 seconds, then got out of bed to start my day.

*Quick tip. According to Mel Robbins who is an awesome motivational speaker if you want to check her out on YouTube (just remember to take action!) says that backed by science you need to get up within 5 seconds of your alarm going off/you getting up. This way you don’t give your brain the chance to go “heyyyyy! I’m comfy! Imma stay in bed”

Dip in mood today. Probably because I was silly enough to play Pokemon Go in the pouring rain with huge puddles & ice everywhere with my spiritual wife… Never again. I’ll stick to the nice days now. My partner will be happier if I don’t come on shitty days as I’m just so miserable on, well… Miserable days. Those days, I’ll just work extra long on business & walk laps around my apartment to get exercise.

Have been eating around 2000 calories past 4 days. Finally coming up with winning grocery list helped & just spending $5 for cab if needed.

Have been sluggish, but that’s due to weather, but more I think because I’m eating more so I’m getting tired if you know what I mean… It’s like my body has extra fuel & I’m flooding the engine.

I’ve been cranky too but realized that’s due to me getting hangry so fast. My metabolism is basically at normal levels now, so I keep needing food before I realize I’m hungry. I’ll just pick away at stuff now to avoid this. It should be stable soon.

It’s 5:09 am and just heading to bed now. I’ve realized something. A lot of nights I start to get in the zone for working on my business, but then I cut the motivation and determination at the roots before I have time to flourish. Yes, I cannot do this often because I’ll feel out of sync and wonky. But, when I get a fire brewing under my ass, I can’t put it out until tomorrow because in the morning it won’t relight. I have to ride that fire until I get at least most of what I want to get done. There are 3 bedtime cutoffs. 2am is my preferred maximum bedtime, after 3am is usually not a good idea as I feel mentally unstable and shitty in morning. This is mostly managed by eating & drinking enough and remembering my meds. However, I 100 100% always go to bed before sunrise. It’s a 99% chance I drop everything at 3am, but sometimes the fire is too hot.

I figure, the reason why we’re taking this challenge is to reach our ultimate goal. Yes, keeping a regular sleep schedule is important, I think I’m just going to change my goal to “get up after 9 hours of sleep” as it’s all too common for entrepreneurs to stay up late.

It’s 3am, casually stayed up until this time. Guess I was just programmed to stay up to work even though I didn’t do any work until after 12am/1am. Just was used to yesterday. Wrote in my daily journal to remember to get to bed by 1am. And, to not consider staying up later unless I’m in full throttle business mode. But even then, stay up till 2 ideally, 3 at max.

Great day, balanced day. Had fun with Spiritual wife & my cat Xena. Discovered some new internet marketing techniques and learning more about the ones I just learned a couple days ago too .

:x: 3/7 Get up at alarm (<=9h sleep) got up after an extra hour of sleep. I honestly felt like I needed it. I can usually tell if my head weighs 100 pounds. Completely okay with this fact. This is coming from somebody who slept 12 hours every day from highschool into college and then closer to 14/16 when I got sick even up until 1.5 years ago. So, I always have to give myself credit for that. Also, I have to give myself credit for advocating for myself to get proper medication that helps me feel awake & not want to lay in bed all day.

Great day! Published 2 articles. Called my Dad, I usually call him weekly now just to exchange updates. I think it’s important to talk to your parents, especially when you live 6 hours apart like I do.

Dad said he’s really trying to not get Spring fever and buckle down by finishing his book. He’s an outdoor guy, but is close to retirement and just had enough of dealing with shitty jobs after he got laid off from what should have been a lifelong career. So, he’s writing this book for some future income. Also, he’s inheritanting my grandparents farm which he needs to come up with business ideas for that too because the way the land was split between him and his 2 brothers, my Dad’s 80 acres from 380 workable land doesn’t pay the property tax from renting it out for cash crop. So, that’s why he’s got to come up with businesses for that too.

Just a little backstory into my family life.

What I’m getting around to is my Dad motivated me to buckle down too and keep getting these articles published as I’m past deadline as per the course I’m following.

From this point forward I’m aiming for publishing 1 article per day until all 30 are published. I only have like 10 more articles to publish now .

Traffic is still rising, feels good. Past 2800 page views today in the last 30 days.
