Sorry guys I relapsed @_KarmaYogi. I relapsed in past six months whenever i was so stressed. I have no desire to masturbation and porn but when I stressed i want to ruin everything in my life and only precious thing in my life is my streak which i destroyed first. It doesn’t matter what’s my streak because i relapsed at high streak in past as well as due to uncontrollable stress. It’s my family who gave me this stress almost once in three days. Guys , I request you all please give me a solution so I can handle this.

Aniruddha has relapsed now. Guys seriously what the hell? I get that the temptation can be overwhelming I almost gave in yesterday but it isn’t worth it. I get it’s painful to resist but it’s even more painful after a relapse.

The way I see it, it’s gonna hurt either way you might as well get something out of it.

In the future know this victory or defeat is a choice make the right one.

Stress is the main reason why we relapse but here’s a question. Will relapsing eliminate your stress or just supress it momentarily? The cause of your stress is still there after a relapse. Instead of just expelling your sexual energy put it too use solving your problem.

Well I relapsed, the warning signs were all there and I didn’t take the initiative to avoid them. Honestly though I’m surprised I almost made it 2 weeks w/o relapsing this is the longest I’ve gone without PMO. Which means I can go longer without giving in. I’ve always said, “just 1 and you’re undone” and I’m living proof of that.

Carry on in my stead brothers, I will as well I desire freedom from this addiction more than anything else but enough of that time for the epic elimination kick.

You know how it starts first a sexual thought ruminates but you dismiss it then there’s a flashback but you dismiss it. Then you get idle and you lose the will to resist and you have no backup plan ready. Then it feels lime you’re playing tug of war with your own body and then it grinds you down till you can’t resist no more and then you give in. You think it’s harmless at first, lies. Then you think, “damnit I knew it, i knew it was leading too relapse.”

But the fact remains there’s no one to blame but myself. It’s that responisbilty that pushes us forward.
