Workout. - Yes (Good session)

Prayer. - No

Meditation. - Yes

Peek - No

Picking myself up again, I am gonna update this diary daily till I reach day 150.

Not facing any urges to relapse, have put my phone in detox mode.

3 days without PMO

My biggest takeaway is to avoid keeping my phone close to me when I am alone.

Making a bad habit very difficult is the easiest way to break it, and that is what I am going to do from now.
