Remember how you feel. Remember your sourness, the feeling of betrayal. The knowledge that you will feel like a piece of shit for at least 2-3 days.
Remember it and like everyone who drunk to much swears that he will never again drink Alkohol swear to yourself to not do that again. With the difference that you really mean it!!
Every time you get triggered think of this moment. Do you wanna feel like this again? Sour, bad, unhappy or do you wanna spend your time to really achieve something and really feel good, happy and fulfilled
This is at least what I’m doing every time my mind wants to relapse.
Yes, you should register your thoughts right now, write or make a video speaking about how you feel. Be honest about how you are dealing with it, no matter how. This thing registered can be a tool to self-knowledge.
