I want to delete this app tho. I don’t want to even think about no fap at all. Because then I see my 3 digit streak and get little anxious.
You don’t need to be anxious about anything brother. You are in control. You are the man who achieved 100+ days, no one can take that away from you. Only you can decide to go back to PMO, and if you will not make that decision, there is no reason to be afraid. PMO should be afraid of you that it has lost you as a prisoner, and through your efforts you are helping others become strong.
The app is only a tool. You do not need it if it’s not serving you. Others benefit from your experience here, but it is completely your right to go off and live your life as someone who simply never PMOs.
