Lately, i started fapping every night till my eyes shut themselves… Was Struggling with anxiety and mind tricking me… Working to find a better approach.

Bro rather focus on getting yourself tired by working out, my eyes also shutdown on their own now a days that too not too late because I get tired by working out.

6:00-6:30 - fresh up and take bath

6:30-7:00 meditate

7:30 -7:50 walk

7:50 - 11 :15 shop

11:30-12:00 meditate
