Identify old time patterns, what mini trap falls were you’re brain suggesting to get you close to ■■■■? For example: am bored let me search this p*star images (hey its not like am watching it) or hey let me check if my device defenses work…
Before you know it you have already disabled your defenses both mentally and on your devices and back to the cycle.
You gotta be smart, the next you get those suggestions treat them as an urge, say it out loud and execute your counter measures. (Walk, if it’s at night shower phone in another room, sleep) no negotiations.
