That’s the side of Instagram you need to remove by not engaging with it. Instagram Intentionally pushes that stuff on new accounts, to make us hooked cuz lust is the easiest to trigger.
You are not the only one lol, it happened to me too and it took me a while to select uninterested in all such reels and follow some content creators, boxers, athletes to balance my feed 
With time, it won’t be shown to you unless you engage.

Reading a book on bengali History
Kinda really scary and extremely sorrowful to read about the Bengali Famine which occurred thrice in Undivided Bengal Region ( West Bengal + Bangladesh) killing around 15 million People
Getting wiped off on the face of Earth due to starvation
And this famine was deliberately and carefully orchestrated, funded , planned and executed by the Imperial British Power under the Evil demon Winston Churchill
The first light of indian Independence movement was lit in Bengal and Punjab
Rest of India largely remained dormant or just very few movement
But Bengal was buzzling with aggressive Intensive Anti COLONIAL movements with lakhs of people fighting and agitating together
Bengal: The land of intellectuals started the anti COLONIAL revolution with both Bengali Hindus and Bengali Muslims fighting like BROTHERS against British
So to control them and weaken them, Churchill hatched this plan of making them die by cutting food supplies
The things I read are frightening
Lakhs of skeletons on the streets lifeless like vegetables
Young children waiting near the ditch and gutter line to find something to eat from whats thrown away from British officials house
Hungry men eating other man’s babies and children
People cutting their fingers and legs and eating it
Imagine all this actually happened to bengalis
Its shocking how much a human being would create pain and torture for a fellow being for the reason of racism, colonialism, power, greed, wealth
None of the this history is taught enough in foreign countries particularly the western countries and more specially British
None of this is remembered
The number of people died from this is 15 million
More than the number of people died from holocaust in Germany or WW1 or WW2
But still whats told in history books is Holocaust and WW1 and WW2
Churchill was as worse as Hitler
But in history textbooks, its always the Hitler who is villain
Talk about gas lighting
Like 15 million Indians died for NOTHING
Just reading about it makes me feel bad
Just think about the people who have seen this and went through this back then
