Hello everyone. It’s me again
Today i will do something better than yesterday. Today’s my 10 days streak without game online, pmo and doomscrolling
I woke up and start training some abs for an hour. I get some rest and eat breakfast. After breakfast i do some design work for my portfolio.
After praying i decide to get some nap for 30 minutes. I woke up more energic and continue to do some design work
After design’s done. I go to the gym to train back, bicep, brachialis and forearm for 2 hour.
This is my pysique right now, i actually want to have bigger, stronger, wider and aesthetic back maybe like baki, toji and gouru. With my body
