I see many people have to their own diaries and keeping themselves accountable for no fap , discipline or whatever that matter to their life.

I want to have a different approach towards this. Instead of living life as a solo traveller , I want you to think your life as a product of your brand.

For example , I am Johan Liebert and I consider my life as a product I created by myself. Since its a product , there will be customers to check it out. What the customers do is that customers will experience my life for certain no of hours based on what I decide and let customers rate my life and give a reveiw.

To make it more clear , If your screw your life for past few hours . Dont tell " Nah , I messed up " tell from the customer POV. It can be like " Hi. I am Sarah. Today I used Johan Lieberts life and it was an awful experience. I would rate it 2/10 " .

Get all the rating from the hypothetical customers u created by yourself and calculate the overall rating you have in general regarding your product.

I am gonna implement this from now on.

Reveiw - I used Johan Liebert brand today. It was a fantastic experience. Initially we discussed about the loopholes that associated with the brand and come up with a solution. Then we discussed all the deadlines of the future projects.

Then he used delayed gratification to for a better tomorrow. Also he helped his teammate to get his project done

Reveiw - It was a good experience spending time with Johan. Walked for 30 minutes and spent time with project . Tho I may say he was not that dedicated with his walking and didnt gave much dedication to his project. But it was overall a good experience

Reveiw - I didnt have a good time working with Mr. Liebert. He was spending too much time on unproductive activities. The only thing that made me give 4 star is that he did work for a while and thought of improving his schedule.

I just visualise someone is watching me. Think in this way , Imagine different customers coming to watch your life and rate it on Google reveiw .

Will you ever think of watching ■■■■ ? That would be an embarrasing situation when someone rated u 0/10 in Google reveiws because you watched ■■■■ in that time slot.

So I visualise this way and this is helping me.
