6 days, almost exactly the 7th day after I found this app, I relapsed.
This painful part of this journey is you knowing that you’d start all over again when you fall. After seeing 7 days streak, 14 days streak, 1 month streak, or even 1 year streak, only for it to reset to zero.
It heightens the sadness, depression, you’d normally feel.
The thing with success is never how long we go without failing, rather it is how far we go even with the failures we experience on the journey.
