i watched porn last night but i didnt fap
i even didnt touched my self but i really needed it and now i regret it.
my current streak is 21 days
i dont know if i have to start a new one or keep going.

Bevore my brother got the app he also did what you did. He watched porn without masturbating. And than again. The problem was that it soon became watching porn with masturbating but without having an orgasm. In the end he found himself living in his old patterns with daily masturbating and orgasms.
I would suggest that you consider your action as mistake and a warning, but to let the streak running. If you do smth like this again i would reset it.

In my opinion, it is a relapse. Even though you didn’t masturbate, you got “mental pleasure” from watching somebody else having sex through a screen.
I would say that watching porn without masturbating is even worse than masturbating but no watching porn. Although in the end of the day both of the things are disgusting behaviors.

It’s a Relapse in my opinion cuz if you watch porn you will eventually relapse after 24 hours or 2 days , 3 days but Relapse is inevitable if you are also watching porn.

What did you do ?? Watched porn. So you relapsed.
Advice- leave porn forever. You can do MO but porn is must to remove for first steps.
