No I don’t it is a relapse… but you are on the verge of relapse if you don’t stop seeing at those pictures…one thing will led to another… that nude pic will make you open porn sites and then rest you know it… Stop seeing at anything which will give you arousal… YOU ARE ON 5OTH STREAK MAN, THAT IS JUST AWESOME… ON AN INSTANT IT CAN BE 0. JUST STOP YOURSELF FROM SEEING NUDE PICTURES…

I mean, it’s pretty much up to you to decide the point from which it just becomes porn. Watching what you consider porn is definitely a relapse (if you do the hard mode). Personally, I consider that nudity or images that have a sexual meaning are porn and if I watch them, it counts as a relapse.
But then again, it’s up to you to set your limits I guess as long as you feel deep down that you have not relapsed, it’s ok but you really have to be honest with yourself.
I wish you the best of luck

Bro, don’t do that! It’s as bad as a relapse. Eventually you will relapse if you keep up with this habit. There is no escape from relapse. I’ll tell you my personal experience. 3 days ago I committed a mistake. I broke my 67 day streak of nofap. But it was not some cheap one time urge that did the job. I noticed that from day 62, I started engaging into explicit material, adult videos on YouTube, without fapping. But on day 67, I just couldn’t control. It started with a meme on Facebook, to searching pics on chrome to watching YouTube videos and I the end, I visited the website of demons (that’s right, the pornhub). And after that, i unknowingly started jacking off and then I relapsed. Remember, if you keep doing it, YOU WILL RELAPSE. Take it from a guy who used to say he will never fap for the rest of his life and now I am back to day 3.

Full Cycle of Relapse :dart:
STEP 1. PORN :peach:
:chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains:
STEP 2. MASTURBATION :banana:
:chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains::chains:
STEP 3. ORGASM :champagne:
:droplet::droplet::droplet::droplet::droplet::droplet::droplet::droplet::droplet::droplet:
If step 3rd is not reached its called EDGING
EDGING prevents rewiring of brain but if you leave edging after 1st incidence then next day rewiring starts again.
Only 10% of nofappers can resist and stop at step 1. 90% of them falls & submit completly to their urges & mind.
It takes guts to move on after edging.
I think you can resist the temptation of fap.
I believe in you.

We all believe in you man. Btw, if you are ever tempted to look at some sexual pictures again, just learn by heart a few sentences of the Bible or the Coran or whatever you believe in. All religions are against masturbation and it instantly cools you down if you think about religion (or at least it works for me). Personally, I have even taken an oath to God not to fap, and it’s really damn strong so you should considere doing that if you feel that you are not strong enough on your own yet to avoid looking at sex pics.
It’s really up to you bit you can count on us man.

It’s not a relapse per se but it’s on the path to one. Ultimately you’re gonna end up looking at more porn than usual to give your brain the same amount of Dopamine hit that you used to get while hand partying with your toy. Best thing would be to stay away from 'not for kods’sections and sexual memes or any titillating material for that matter because it’s all going to do you harm if you HAVE DECIDED TO QUIT PMO. Cheers!

I had broken many such Oaths to the God when i was 14 yrs of age. I also broke one such oath in my last 2nd or 3rd relapse. But anyway… we shall make it anyhow this time.

Thank you so much bro for the informations I’m a new member and that’s exactly what I was searching because my latest relapse was to masturbate without ejaculating as you call it EDGING. Unfortunaly, I didn’t resist the orgasm without ejaculating at some point :pensive:
From now I will take what u said as a note because I want to heal my brain :heartbeat:

It dependa on "you want to quit porn or masturbation "
I don’t consider it a relapse but but it may lead to watching porn and masturbation if you repeat it

Honestly, it depends on your goals sure porn is the P in PMO but some people may not be abstaining from P but just MO.

I personally call it a relapse because the goal of of Nofap is to stop this self destructive behavior. On top of that you wrote that intentionally sought out these pics instead of accidentally stumbling into them.
