Is Skipping without rope (simple jumping) comes under skipping?

I mean , is Skipping 100 times and jumping 100 times
Are Same in terms of effect on health??

Yes , both work on calves of legs and reduce fat. That’s what I experienced.

Similar, but if you have a good rope it works out your arms as well to some extent.

Try jumping 100 times and then skipping 100 times, you’ll feel the difference yourself. As samaranjay said you’re arms will get worked out too while doing skipping

Bro there is a skipping where you run and do skipping both together. Do that and that will be a great work out
