However, it depends if you are just quitting PMO or if you already overcame your addiction.
When you start you should not fap for 30-90 days. Once your brain is rewired fapping without porn is still not the smartest thing to do but surely not as bad as if you do it with porn
Porn is the mail evil, not the fapping itself
