I’m at 9 days and counting and I’ve been having overflowing amounts of anger for no reason at all. And it makes me think that I need to just fap to make it go away but at the same time I don’t want to. What do I do?

Anger is a very natural part of life, but the problem with our modern society is that we’ve pathologized anger, without taking the time to understand it and work with it.
Think of it this way: Anger is like a smoke alarm. It’s there to tell you that something is wrong, and it’s important to understand why that anger exists. Usually, it’s the product of being mistreated, feeling as though you’ve been done wrong.
When I’ve been angry in the past, it was usually because I thought that I was being taken advantage of. I was bullied a lot growing up, and the feelings of worthlessness and being targeted all the time manifested into anger, a very natural reaction to being wronged.
Take some time to understand your anger. Don’t run from it or demonize it, but don’t lash out either. Masturbation will only create guilt, and the worst kind of anger is anger at one’s self.
