Having headache since night , and pain in my legs . Urges were there last night , but right now I’m home alone and for the first time urges are 0. What’s this happening

In my experience flatline doesn’t cause any physical problems or pain. It’s just super taxing on your mental state. Super lack of motivation, feeling depressed and having no interest in anything etc. Your physical pain maybe due to something else I guess

I use to face same problem headaches and knee pain but the the symptoms go away after a weeks post no fap I also face knee pain at times still don’t know if it’s connected to no fap its best to get checked with doctor
