I ended up falling asleep and it past. I was talking to a girl. Nothing bad was being said but ot was causing stirrings.

Actually I think talking to a girl should be beneficial to nofap, because you are not lonely and interact with real one. I think you may try to genuinely treat her like your sister, and care about her, understand what she likes and what problem she’s facing, etc.
I am trying, but she is quick to bring up marriage. I just want to care for her. Only down side is it sounds like she wants me to move to here city/country.
