I have been doing no fap on and off for years now. Right now I’m on a 21 day streak, yay. However, whenever I do no PMO I get these spontaneous orgasms in my sleep.

In the dream I was watching a show where there was a sex scene and that’s what I had an O to in the dream. I even felt the remorse and guilt post-O in the dream. In the dream I was very disappointed at relapsing. When I woke up I was glad to realise that it was all a dream but then it made me wonder if it’s a relapse or not?

This usually happens when I’m on extended periods of no PMO. I don’t have control over what I dream off, I could watch a horror movie before I sleep and it could happen.
