The Only Thing You Have to Work on Is Your Habits
i will not suggest you do workout now start with walking and pranayama after1 month or so then start doing work out because now your body has lost very much energy so to recover up to a certain level do some mild exercises and don’t put so much pressure on urself start little instead of doing 10 new things do 3 new things and gradually adapt another habit.
