For the past 3yrs I have been struggling to keep a streak straight. Relapsing became a norm. I later joined some telegram group with people from different part of the world with the same addiction and with the same goal.
The group helped me to come in terms with the fact that I’m not alone in the fight. I wasn’t able to keep a long streak after joining but I had a place to bounce back which helped.
