For me the social media was not important or productive
So i just cut them out
Now nothing comes by mistake
I mean those seducing clips and all donot come all by themselves since im not using those platforms
So if i do relapse its because i searched it for myself
And im the one to blame for my relapse
I would suggest u all that if social media is not something u need for work or studies then just quit it and then there is no need for blockers
Agreed man, these social media platforms all have corn in some form which is a major trigger for people.
And anyway social media is already very taxing on mental health, Why should we still keep it then? If you are using it for your social or friend circle then you should have their number or you should already have them on whatsapp, so that isn’t a good excuse
Anything destroying your mental health should be left immediately because it will lead to addictions no doubt.
A mindset change is really important to allow you to break the bad habbit, You have to convince your brain that ‘I am not the type of person who watches porn’ or ‘I am a person that doesn’t fap’. The change of the core identity makes it much easier to quit the addiction. Also identifing and removing all the possible triggers is vvvvvv important
