I also think the same way cause whenever I reach to 15 days then I start having more energy around my stomach due to which I feel the need to relapse to get rid of that energy. INSTEAD of wasting that premium fluid I can transmute it hy exercising and meditating.
Relapsing twice yesterday made me tooooo loww and tooo weak today , I still don’t feel the power to write this post as I am feeling very low …

Doing nofap without transmuting your sexual energy is useless. One cannot expect higher streaks if he / she is just doing nofap and ignoring other thing. Nofap is not about nofap its about transmuting ourselvs.
