If you are not intentionally watch porn, i think it’s fine and not a relapse
And 10 seconds only mean you can control yourself not to watch longer.

Its not a Relapse.
10 second is okay but if you keep repeating this behaviour 10 second will turn into minutes & then i say you are edging.
If you can see what a nude pic is i mean its just tits & flesh and move on from it without drowning in it. Then you can get freedom from porn
