It’s completely true. Hardcore addiction can blast our neurons. I can’t even tell how addicted I was in April and May 2022 in this public forum. Now I am healed 75% or partly. With more practice and knowing how brain works it will be possible.
Anyone suggest him easypeasy book quickly. It will help him.

Where girls wore all sorts of clothes
Wont deny that all were looking hot
Though i didn’t see openly because i said to myself keep ur eyes on the path and only on the route
Nothing else
And thats what i did
Plus i started checking out blazer and suit showroom which had super good offers

It isnt easy but
I donot see for 2 reasons
- I dont want to think about any other girl than my girl
- I feel if at all those girls ever look into my eyes
I feel they might sense my listful intentions and might take some bug step against me
So i donot want either of this
Though previously it would be impossible but with time i was able to convince myself that i dont need to look at others with lustful eyes

I have female friends but it still doesn’t change anything, because the source of this addiction is from within the self. No outer source will make you be able to overcome the struggle. You need to build the strengh within to overcome. Female friends can make it even harder, because if they are girls with beauty, they will induce your brain to fantasize when you are in a state of temptation. No mather how nice and pure they are, because the dirt is in your mind that ruins theri image in your head.
