Before I started fapping I was normally growing taller but now it seems like I have stopped growing.14 days of nofap and i’m 14 are there any chances for me to grow taller? (Sorry for bad english)

Lol, you are fucking 14 bro. Human are growing until 21 years old. Give it a time. All depends on puberty. Eat healthily, drink water and don’t smoke.
Some of my shorter friends from school, came to meet me and were head taller than me.

I dont think NoFap has a big impact on that. Maybe a little but not severely. Eat well, sleep well, exercise often, eat calcium rich stuff and vitamin D, fruits and veggies, and have a positive mindset and i am sure you will grow. Other than that, your 14 lol. So you will grow tall even after 14 bro with enough nutrients and exercise.
I still recommend NoFap though to get all nutrients as you can. Make sure you dont smoke. Ruins your you know what. Yup you want that clean or else you will consume toxins from sperm.

Nofap doesnt have any effect on growth . play basketball or any other sport in which you need to jump in order for you to grow taller

. Brother I fapped 10 years from 12.5 to 22 age . And I was regular fapper but stil it did not effect on my height . Never played outdore games . My height is 5 foot 10 inches which far better .

dont worry buddy, you’re still young, to clear your point nofap has no impact on height, its completely genetics. Just to let you know i was the shortest in my entire schooling until 10th grade, within 2 years until i reached 12 grade i was one of the tallest in the class. And i still grew until 21. So chill out.
