No matter what I do I relapsed. I am still determined to keep going but I feel sad right now.
When an urge comes, all I want is to give into it.

@Vortexkicker bro there literally is no proven or tested method to survive an urge… believe me… i’m saying this because i’m an experienced fapstronaut… it entirely depends on you… yes you… the faster you realize, the better…
