I just wanted to share a little bit about myself and my experience. I am 17 year old male. And I think after 6 month of trying and relapsing I managed to hit 73 days of hardmode nonut. And I have seen a lot of vidoes about people that are successful at nofap. And one of them I don’t remember his name was able to hit 30 days streak in 4 years of trying. But I got little bit sad. But I learned that if I am going to punish myself it will lead to another relapse. And I think that I haven’t lost all my abilities that I gained in this 73 days. I mean my memory and brain function is shit now and my workout got weaker. But I’ll hit 1 year of nonut.
