I relapsed again and i feel bad, can you gimme some advice so i don’t do it again ?
First, you’re courageous for asking for help. That is you resolving to get free of this habit. Well done!
Second, don’t wallow. What’s done is done. I believe that Jesus took it all on the cross. All the shame and guilt is done and you are a new creation. Now get out, change your environment and think of how you’re already starting a new streak. Don’t fap again out of self-pity, or indulgence or any other excuse. You got this!
Third, remember that you are victorious. This journey ends in victory. You are getting there and you are not alone. You are victorious!
