M-22. I am doing this since I was of 12-14 age, I used to release by watching pictures of erotic stuff and ■■■■.
Now the problem is whenever I watch ■■■■, I release automatically, I don’t have to use my hands for it and during that I’m just semi hard. My brain got addicted to this and I think whenever I watch, brain send signal to release automatically. Even I tried with my girlfriend, I just touched her down there with my hand , and I got released again on the spot. Please please please help me guys I want to get out of it and to new ones I request stop doing masturbation it will kill you from inside like it did to me.
Please any experience member help me to get out of it.

Recognize the pattern. What makes you trigger to do it? First, its an idea or thought. Theres nothing wrong with having these thoughts, but the key is to not acting on them. This is the the hardest part - breaking the mechanism on the very beginning.

Also learn what triggers you and in what circumstances it happens. Is it taking phone to bed with you or browsing web late at night on PC? Make it difficult for your brain to walk the same path, dont take your phone to bed, close PC in the evening.

Also recognize what life events made you addicted.? Is it isolation, lack of friends, sports etc and work on it, so you could feel fullfilled and had no urge to do it out of boredom, stress or something else.

You most likely have premature ejaculation. Apart from all the advice @Imaginator has given above, you need to see a urologist or andrologist. Particularly someone who specialises in men’s sexual health because there aren’t many. If you are in India I can suggest a few names. And yes, you need to quit Corn. Start doing kegels.

As far as treatment for PE is concerned, there are a lot of modalities and what you should go with will be determined by what kind of PE you have and what’s causing it.

Thanks a lot brother. I will be doing kegels from now. It’s my 2nd day. I hadn’t watched it. I will make sure this year I don’t watch anything. I’m just hoping for recovery
