I need help. I rubbed up against my bed today and stopped after I realized I was edging. I didn’t not finish.

I went to the bathroom , number one and two and I guess my prostate couldn’t handle it because I came, but this was 7 hours later.

Does this count as a relapse???

I’m freaking out and I’ll tired of this affliction! Please help.
