Go for a cold shower of 4 minutes, start cold already, then turn down coldness every minute, it really helps with urges.

Another thing, @Gandhi13forgood , just get a ■■■■ blocker that can’t be bypassed. You can get Questodio, that’s what I use. My parents control it, but it works effectively. Look it up, cause it helps me a lot!
