It was due to the chaser effect and I feel awful.
Throw that guilt off first. The longer you stay guilty, you will punish yourself by relapsing more…
Now you have 2 choice -
Either continue guilt and self hate and go on relapsing.
Second is - Accept that you relapsed and move forward with planning…maybe watch a Self Help Nofap video or do some activities and plan out your strategy to keep your mind off PMO.
