Dude this is not recommended, you need to escape this, try to engage in some activities. Bro if you succeeded in nofap with being alone, good for you, as I far I know, most relapses are caused by boredom and depression.
And yeah sexting would be the last thing you do when you’re on nofap, it does suppress the overall nofap experience and the rewiring. Should avoid.

but in treating any ki d of addiction this technique is used
like if someone is opium addict then there are two methods to get rid of it
1- go cold turkey(, leave all of a sudden everything)
2- come to low level like come on coggrette and gradually reduce your addiction by decreasing your levels …
now its upon you which one you choose
but at the end i ll say that adult chat is also unnatural and its also a worse addixtion and getting rid of it is also necessary …you should find a good alternative
