I’m only on day 65, but for me now urges are nonexistent. My biggest problem is productivity and other bad habits like wasting time reading novels, fanfiction etc. Because I am now in the state where I am disgusted by p* .

I hope that I have reached rewiring stage because my thoughts are not in fantasies anymore and even when I see a racy video, it just disgusts me and my brain is unable to get any pleasure out of it. Because of this addiction I am using small phone in which we can’t use internet…but I am also using my family members phone to watch YouTube videos when i get bored…
Which triggers me a lot and leads to relapse…
I watch cooking, gardening videos more in youtube…
But sometimes when scrolling i get triggered.
