How to stop watching p()rn and also put and end to masturbation

Know what triggers us to watch ■■■■ and feel the need to masturbate. Once you understand why it happens you can work towards controlling it.

  1. When we have already invested a lot of energy and time in it then it comes back to us again and again no matter what we do, just like ciggerates ,alcohol and other drugs.
  2. When we get stimulated by watching hot girls, skimpy clothes on TV or internet even a small ad can be a trigger to go ahead and start our handshake protocol.
  3. When we eat non veg or food that increases heat in the body then our body looks for it to release to balance the heat. Automatically thoughts starts arising.
  4. When we get drunk and high that time under the influence we tend to do certain things which we otherwise won’t when we are sober.
  5. At night time we seem to get more restless as all work is done and now the mind is not occupied so it starts getting ideas.
  6. During rainy and winter season when there is no sunshine or we are away from sunshine it cause depressed mood and then to fill out that vaccum we tend to watch ■■■■.
  7. When our feelings hurt like breakups or some rough phase ,and we are in misery state and not in a happy or joyful mood we resort to this old friend.
  8. On the arrival of weekends when we have slogged the entire week then the body and mind looks for release.
  9. Mind is evil and it tempts us just by starting with something as small like have a look at just 2–3 pics and then we are done , just keep on clicking in the deep dark areas over the internet.
  10. Last but not the least the kind of company we keep influence a lot in a positive or negative manner so choose wisely with whom you hang around.if they’re masturbators you will be a masturbator, if they’re faggots you will be a faggot, if they’re successful you will be successful.
  11. Remember what goes in comes out.So be very careful of what you take in through your 5 senses not just food and vision, but also smell(musky fragrance) and listening to some seductive voice or a touch can be arousing enough as a trigger.

Stop yourself from stepping into it at the beginning level itself. Not at the next level or once you advance it becomes very difficult.

When you feel intensely aroused do some exercise like dips or push ups till you get tired and then some slow deep breaths followed by a cold shower. This works for me.
