I don’t use website blockers I feel blockers don’t help after a certain time if someone has a ■■■■ addiction he will find a way to look at ■■■■ despite having a website blocker.

Yes brother I’m not on social media too much like I haven’t used Instagram from past 6 months and I think it’s better to keep your Instagram deactivate for now.

Cool. I’ve made an urge response plan and it’s beyond my phone’s back cover.

So true , the more often you stay in present the less relapses chances would be. I never cared too much about future my mindset was simple i have to do NoFap now will later think about future.

Agreed with the blockers. They can help, but it’s down to you. A human brain will outsmart a blocker if it is not healed.
