Hey guys, I am suffering from nightfall, please help me
Do some exercise.
Exercise will exhaust body and your body will absorb yor semen.
Some yoga also like Sirsasana it convert your energy in a positive way.
I haven’t experienced much nightfalls. Like only 1 or 2
But i have seen that to improve semen retention, and control nightfalls , some yogic postures and asanas are very helpful. So shirsasana , sarwangasana and one more there is , I can’t remember ! They help Very much in this matter! And while sleeping don’t sleep on stomach ! It doesn’t help ! And eating satwik diet will also help and last but not the least , improve the spiritual practices!
