I’ve been on my nofap journey for a little more than a year now and I’ve come to enjoy it.
The problem is about 70% of my relapses are during the morning when my member is hard from REM sleep. If I can control this impulse when I wake up, I’ll be that much more in control of my life.
Drink lots of water when you wake up.
Or if you don’t plan on waking up and you get morning wood, just go pee, it will fade away. Then go back to sleep.
