How to add relapse in apps

I have released just now. But I don’t know how to add relapse in apps. Please give me the instructions. And pray for me I am going to start again nofap…

Just press the thumbs down icon on the top right corner of the screen. You’ll see it right when you start the app.

My 4 year old son uninstalled the app. When I reinstalled it my counter was reset to 0. Is there a way for me to add my last relapse date to correct my counter?

Unless you had a backup. No.

Yes always make sure to make regular backups, soon I’ll be adding cloud sync anyways so all your data can be tied to your account and can be accessed anywhere.

can’t you press the thums down button and choose the day of your last relapse? that would at least give you back your current counter.
