How may I earn points for doing tasks?

I’ve seen some users earn points for doing their own tasks in a chart format, wouldnlike to ask how that works

When you write the message you will see three lines on the top right of the message bar. By clicking it select table to make tables and charts.
Earning points is a way to keep being motivated. There is no built in option for that.
