Guys… I wonder if you or anyone who was m*****ting from 11 years and suddenly his eyes got opened and he/she realised that this is bad for him/her.
We know he/she has m*****ted too much because 11 years is not a small time period. So… Please tell how many more years he/she is required to nofap so that he/she gets fully cured…
1000 days … do it . So full recover is confirm.
Its Like 3 years
same dialogue which i tell everyone—
" it takes X amount of time and you will surely be cured if you do nofap and work towards your goal till that X amount of time"
you can only know how long by reaching that point…

@Nick The aim is to make nofap a lifestyle. You can’t practice it for some years and then go back to PMO.
If you’re wondering when you esteem will improve and PIED (if you have it ) goes, idk about PIED but I think within 90 days all should disappear, provided your streak is real(no peeking) and if you inculcate good habits like working out etc.
Nofap is for life.
No fap is not the real goal bro. I have done it.yes it is the first necessary step for full control over life.
For ex- if you are already married then what is the use of no fap there.
No fap is the way you should be living already. But porn induced you to irregulate your sexual practices.
The real thing is winning over lust.
And for winning lust first you have to abstain all lust related things.that is Nofap.
Here I want to say is our goal is winning over lust by using way of Nofap.
All fantasies, imaginations create a fake world around us . Which is like a drug (sweet poisen).
If you win over lust there would never be a need of no fap.you would have full control over you. You will feel the presence of someone helping you.
