Blue balls is a condition (quite normal ) in which their is pain in testicles due to arousal but no orgasm

Depends on ur arousal and the fact that you put ice packs on it or not
With ice packs it lasts for a few mins but when I had them I did not apply ice packs as the pain was bearable (it was not that often ) so I cant realy say the ice packs works but you could try it
Ice cold water could work too
