Hello! Turned 40 this year and have been addicted to porn since before puberty. I recently ended a 6 year relationship with my partner and a week later broke a nearly 3 year streak of no porn or masturbation. Now I find myself at day 18 and feeling a lot of physical withdrawal symptoms (testicular aches, headaches, exhaustion).
