Hensmkekdmrme notes and daily check in

Hmmmm…:triumph:…I relapsed on day 11(just to get this cleared up I’m not starting another diary​:sweat_smile:) I’m not genuinely sad or mad I’m netrual, this relapse woke me up a bit. I had a bad day yesterday, and then I had a dream where I was watching porn, woke up with extreme urges and also a bit depressed (because of the previous day) , I held the first wave of urges in, But the second was REALLY POWERFUL.
And…I relapsed :tired_face:. I was reading my 2nd Journal called: hensmkekdmrme trying to make it and it was really nice I really wrote down alot of my emotions on it and it’s when I made my 37 day streak which was amazing for me. I’ll writing down my tasks again (promise), it’ll be fun.

Monday, August 24th, 10:10 PM:
Phone time: more than 6 hours today :disappointed: (I shouldn’t do this on my first day of recovery)
Wake up early :white_check_mark: (7am)
Reading :white_check_mark: (I read very little tho)
Practice German :white_check_mark:
Exercise :white_check_mark:
Meditation :x:
Affirmation :x:

Today was a really good day I got ot connect with one of favorite people today, and practiced and listened to tons of German I’m hoping to be fairly fluent in 2 years or so (will see)

Dude I like watching DW documentaries alot, if I stick to just the informative/useful stuff I believe it’s actually good, plus I don’t find enjoyment in those mindless YouTube videos :anguished:, please tell me your opinion on this???

Today was a boring day. Not much happened, I realized I’m still a bit socially akward which I’m not happy with, because everyone should know how important social intelligence is, and that’s why I’m surrounding my self with as much really social confident people.

Wake up early :x: (it was unnecessary today just let my body sleep)

Exercise :white_check_mark:
Affirmation :white_check_mark:
Reading :x:(I did some internet reading on nutrition don’t know if it counts)
Meditation :x:(I’ve lately been to lazy to do this but I must start cause laziness is bullshit and not for me :triumph:)

This has was the to do list Ive been following, this was the old to do list of @Tagore I like it because I find it simple and effective, I just need to be more consistent so tommorow no YouTube at all.

Bro, stay consistent with this routine. You’ll take your life to the next level in 2-3 months. I guarantee that. I’ve experienced drastic changes in my last streak of 112 days when I stayed Consistent with my routine.

Currently there are 124 days till 2020 is over this is not going to be easy.

Ok bros I relapsed and also recorded the voice note after I relapsed I prayed and then took the voice note it really lifted my spirit :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:. I will put it up for 6 hous so whoever sees it sees it.
