I notice you posted here about this and then left. I hope you are not giving in now. That’s not the answer brother. Use the energy for something good and most importantly get out of the place you normally would fap. Get off of your phone or computer. Stay strong and know your mind is being self destructive with the urges. It is telling you lies. You will only feel worse after if you give in.
