This is a clear case of porn induced erectile dysfunction (PIED). Plain and simple. The fact that you were able to become erect after recalling previous pornographic images is the proof.

You are not fully rewired. You did a great deal of damage in the past, like many of us have, and it will take a longer time away from PMO in order to heal from the damage. Greater damage means a longer time to heal, it could be a year or two years or even three years clean in extreme cases.

Keep staying strong brother, PIED is curable and reversible. It just takes time.

A bit too late, i know, been caught up with work.

Let’s break it down!

Step 1: Don’t let the girl know you have a limp dick!

What i suggest is you go classic nofap mode. No porn. No masturbation. But you are at liberty to do whatever you do with the chick till second base. But, you can reduce the frequency of this interaction. I don’t know how often you guys fuck off like this but whatever itay be, reduce it a little. Compensate it with actual dating and conversations. Make up excuses for not doing it more often if she asks.

The idea is for you to get dopamine from real life interactions and not porn. Forget whether you your Johnny doesn’t wake up or not. You’re not gonna use it. Focus on the chick and everything you do. Take it slow.

I used to to what you did with my girlfriends. Used to rewind porn in my head to get little Rocky into big Rocky. That was before i found nofap. Recently a similar situation happened and i did something similar but not exactly. I was going full on with a chick and big Rocky went back to little Rocky and stopped responding. I started picturing my ex girlfriend and it worked.

Why i told you this story is to show how your brain adapts to things you expose it to frequently. It can be porn or it can be a girl. So reducing that exposure can go a long way. When you stop supplying your brain with the usual levels of dopamine you give it, it will react to even minor stimulus. You have to be careful here however. Coz intimacy with a chick and not going all the way is more than enough triggers for you to wank off. That’s why I said less frequently. If such interaction comes at a risk of you fapping to porn then I’d avoid that as well. You need to experiment and figure out what will work. Its not a textbook formula.

Step 3: Stimulate blood flow.

I wouldn’t say kegel exercises will fix it coz i personally haven’t done it so i can’t stand behind it. I have watched videos and it looks fucking stupid, i mean it basically looks as if you are vigorously fucking the floor. Imagine someone walking in on you doing that. I’d personally avoid, if you find value in it you can give it a shot.

What i can back up is actually exercise! Its not surprising that I’d recommend it but hear me out.

You need to increase blood flow to your Johnny, that’s how he gets big. Its simple biology. Increasing blood flow just to Johny is something we are all familiar with so I’m not gonna explain it. But now that you are abstaining, how do you get to blood to flow there more often? Answer is simple, lower body exercises. Squats and deadlifts is your go to exercises here. You can do upper body as well but go hard on your lower body. Focus on the pump. I’d recommend training till failure optimally. If you don’t have experience then go at a pace comfortable for you. That’s one .

Second part: supplements!

Supplements that increases blood flow are the main ingredients in a pre workout. That’s why we take it before working out. The compounds in them namely:

  1. L Argenine
  2. L Citruline
  3. Citruline Malate
  4. Creatine

Might wanna note it down. 1,2 and three are all compounds that increases Nitric Oxide in your blood which makes blood vessels widen and increases blood flow. We want that. Out of the three I’d suggest L Citruline or Citruline malate for you. All three have been found to help in ED. No joke you can look it up in YouTube. I use Citruline malate as of now as a pre-workout along with creatine. Creatine is important. Its cheap compared to the other three. So what they do is they increase blood flow in your muscles over all and creatine helps in increasing water volume in muscles making it larger. Combine the two and you have a good formula for a good pump and bigger muscles. This thickening formula also applies to little Johnny. I wouldn’t suggest you jump into buying these stuff immediately. Step 1 and 2 are more important. But step 3 is good for your general health overall so might wanna include it in your regular lifestyle. You can do your research on L Argenine and the rest, check the prices and then decide to buy.

Step 4: Find another chick as back up( optional)

Hey you never know when females loose interest so you might wanna keep your options open and ready.
