Having urges the kind of where i relapse. Constant fantasizing. Mind is telling it’s Okay to relapse. What should I do ?

Bro, you have already received some wise advices here. But, apart from that, what I’ll suggest you is to quit thinking about it. Honestly, its of no use. Your mind is addicted and it wants its dosage, but you can control it. Its hard, but you can tell “no” to it. If you’ll keep thinking about it and fantasizing about it, then it’ll bevome hard to fight urges. Just don’t think about it. Resist the urges, no matter how small. This is how you become ready to fight the big urges.
Also bro, remember that its not real. None of those women that you’re fapping for, actually even care about your existence. Even if they get to know about this, they’ll be disgusted with you you at best or laugh at you at worst. But remember that more than a human, you are just a customer to them who pays them for fucking their favourite men (none of which is you). Do you want to fap for that?

If a sexual though comes, just focus on something else. It just takes 5 seconds to redirect to a new thought. Entertaining a thought will increase its power and make you more horny and create powerful urges. So focus on something else.

POINT 1. Just avoid visual and auditory i.e. ALL TRIGGER. Stay the hell away from screen, social media and movies (also series and animes). Don’t check out girls or opposite gender.

POINT 2. Stay busy to defeat physical urges. Don’t fight the urges, it will get powerful if we concentrate on it. Staying busy is the ultimate weapon to defeat horniness. Staying busy for a lifelong goal and dream is better. Follow a routine. Don’t divert from it.
